Your Benefits
  • Health and Dental Insurance – OCHIN pays 100% of insurance coverage for you, as well as a significant portion of any eligible dependents. Depending on your preferences, additional tiered plans may be available.
  • Life Insurance - paid by OCHIN, this covers 1x salary up to $50,000. Short and Long Term Disability - paid 100% by OCHIN
  • 401K - with Matching and there is a 2 year vesting period
  • Profit Sharing Contribution – OCHIN makes a 2.5% profit sharing contribution to your 401(k)
